Women in the financial services industry face many unique challenges, from balancing family life with career aspirations to finding female role models and mentors.  At Stifel, we've built a culture in which every team member is valued and empowered to do their best work.

That's why over the past few years we've continued to grow our Women's Initiative Network – or WIN, as we like to call it – to provide networking and mentoring opportunities for women at every stage of their careers at the firm.

WIN was born organically, when a small group of Stifel's top female advisors began working together to share best practices and encourage success.  As the network grew, it caught the attention of Stifel CEO Ron Kruszewski, who, along with the firm's leadership team and board of directors, has given his full backing and guidance.

Through networking, mentoring, and educating, Stifel's Women's Initiative Network is designed to engage, equip, and empower women throughout the firm to recognize their value, set goals, and reach their potential in both their personal and professional lives.
